Refund Policy

Guidelines for Requesting a Refund

1. Credit Purchases

One-time Credit Purchases:
  • Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used.

  • Partial refunds for unused credits may be issued within 30 days at our discretion.

  • After 30 days, one-time credit purchases are non-refundable.

Credits Expiration:
  • Credits purchased through one-time recharges expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise specified.

  • Expired credits are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Plans

Cancellation:
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation will stop automatic renewal but will not terminate your current subscription period.

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds for Subscriptions:
  • Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if less than 10% of included credits have been used.

  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be issued within 30 days of payment, minus any credits used.

Automatic Renewals:
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • No refunds are provided for automatic renewals if you failed to cancel in time.

3. Service Interruptions

If AgentX experiences significant service outages or technical issues that impact your ability to use the service:
  • We may issue service credits to your account as compensation.

  • In cases of extended outages, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Processs

Requesting a Refund:
  • Submit refund requests through your account dashboard or by contacting billing@agentx.ai.

  • Include your account details, purchase information, and reason for the refund request.

Processing Time:
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method when possible.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:
  • Credits already consumed or expired.

  • Accounts terminated for violations of Terms and Conditions.

  • Custom development or integration services.

  • Taxes and fees required by law.

6. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

AgentX reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on our website.
